Has lived and worked in UK since 1995 working in the Food Industry throughout, in various FMCG Food companies across Europe. Including: United Biscuits, McCormick EMEA, Weetabix, innocent drinks, Bart Ingredients, Chaucer Foods,
Genius (Gluten free), Mizkan, RM Curtis, Europe Snack Group. A passion for food and customer services, has led to various senior roles and responsibilities up to Board level within Technical & NPD, Research & Development, Marketing Innovation and Procurement functions, across Europe. Whilst heading up the Technical and Corporate Social Responsibility department at Bart Ingredients, travelled world-wide to develop technical partnerships with suppliers and co-manufacturers. Also led strategic Ethical Ingredient sourcing initiatives, collaboration was established with top UK retailers to launch high quality products, guaranteeing traceability across the supply chain from a Technical and Ethical point of view. Also led the Business Technical and Innovation strategy as a member of the board of Directors, implementing and delivering the NPD stage and gate process, delivering £11.2m incremental NSV over only 2 years. Have also been a driving force to lead & influence the implementation of a Strategic Quality mindset throughout the organisation. |
Now as a Director of Profectus Food Consultancy, Yann wants to share and pass on his passion and experience in Consumer satisfaction, Product Quality and team work via the effective and quick implementation of Technical and R&D Excellence initiatives.
